As an extra you can order a towel package; 2 shower towels, 2 normal towels and
1 washing glove for € 6,- per person.
All prices include tourist tax, bed linens and endcleaning.
Payment:
A deposit of 20% or a minimum of EUR 100,- is required to be paid within 10 days of
confirmation. After the payment has been received your reservation will be definite.
The remaining amount can be transferred to our bank account up to one week before
the arrival or you can pay in cash.

Cancellation Conditions:
It can always happen that, due to an unforeseen happening, you have to cancel your holiday. Our costs for this cancellation will be charged partly. Cancellation of a booking is only accepted in writing (email or fax). By accepting our confirmation you agree with the following Cancellation Conditions.
Bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to a administration fee of 20 Euro.
Bookings cancelled up to 15 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total costs.
Bookings cancelled up to 2 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total costs.
For later or no cancellation (No Show) or in case of early departure 100% of the total costs will be incurred (that is, there will be no refund).
Groups:
10 days prior to arrival the final number of the party must be known. If not 50% of the agreed price per head will be charged for every person that did not arrive.
